“The person who checked us in was new and lacked knowledge about the facility and the amenities provided to the guest. I was shown a diagram of the layout of the floor we were on. I didn't want a room close to the elevator as children coming off can be quite loud at times and guest who partake in alcohol can be quite loud when returning from a night of drinking. My mother is 80 and I'm 60 we are used to peace and quiet. So I tried to pick a room that was a couple doors down from the elevator……

“WE LOVED THIS FAIRFIELD INN. GOT THERE A LITTLE EARLY FROM OHIO . THE STAFF LET US CHECK-IN EARLY WHICH WAS AWESOME SINCE WE DROVE ALL NIGHT.
