The property management was disappointing from day 1 prior to arrival.The day before check-in no lock box code or check in information had been received in either app or email (spam was checked verified); a message was sent to the host; no reply received, and prior comm was est. Day of check; a saturday around 2pm, no one was onsite in office. No response on App from message sent 24hrs prior, no one picking up office phone (left message),……
