“This condo is beautifully furnished, very clean and so well stocked that we felt at home, but better- because it has views & an awesome pool…and some really fun people!! (Loved the kitchen) I’m so appreciative of how much thought they put into their place as some aren’t as advertised. This was better than expected & Christy was very helpful, accommodating, & had many helpful suggestions. We wanted to stay an extra night last minute & she was quick to respond. “The property was a good location and nice facilities. The property management was disappointing from day 1 prior to arrival.The day before check-in no lock box code or check in information had been received in either app or email (spam was checked verified); a message was sent to the host; no reply received, and prior comm was est. Day of check; a saturday around 2pm, no one was onsite in office. No response on App from message sent 24hrs prior, no one picking up office phone (left message),……
