“OK everybody I always am staying in lower price hotels Motel sixes super eight or whatever they all called. I have never experienced a better price for value and customer service then in the Havelock Inn and suites the people who run the place I extremely gentle and nice. And of course for a price around $70 a night I cannot expect The highest outside facility tidiness, but the room itself was super clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The shower was strong. “Property exceeded our expectations. More than enough space for us, our adult kids, aunt and uncle, and our married chiildren at Cherry Point to get together for a family getaway. Near New Bern and Morehead, but far enough for a private retreat. We look forward to our next stay.”

“We were in New Bern for a wedding with some things happening downtown and the wedding at Amelia Grove. This was the perfect place to base out of. Close to downtown and a short drive from the venue. There were just enough beds and baths for everyone and the bonus was that we were able to bring our dogs so we didn't need to board them while we were gone. Never did get a chance to check out the hot tub or spend much time in the game room or around a fire but that was fine. Would certainly……

“The house is adorable with two decks big enough for four overlooking the water. We loved watching the boats in the water. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and having relaxing family dinners. The town of Oriental was only a few miles away with a well stocked Piggly Wiggly. We’d definitely recommend!”
