“I Had planned a wonderful hiking trip with two of my friends. Unfortunately I had an injury shortly before the trip and was unable to hike. We enjoyed the Roxbury at Stratton falls to the fullest. The staff was nothing less than a accommodating and friendly. They gave us tips on things to do and told us places to visit such as the rail trail Express and the world's largest Kaleidoscope. “I have read a lot of reviews on this property and I always try to steer clear of the bad reviews to let myself in on the experience so I can find out When you speak on “updating” and such, you must keep in mind the Nostalgia of this sport and what this mountain has down to maintain the East Coast Lodge vibe. “Exceeded our motel stay expectations by much! Super clean and large rooms for a half a price of the hotel experience. Sizable fridge and a microwave were a plus. Outdoor patio tables and chairs right on a porch for every room made an evening of cards game tons of fun. Brightly illuminated with ginormous parking area and an acre large loan. ”

“This was a very beautiful property with a waterfall on the property and more waterfalls nearby. The room was really clean, with new carpet and wallpaper. Has a German theme, which is kind of cool. The German food at the Brauhaus Was good. The entertainment was fun and the owner Wendy was very hospitable. We are definitely going back next year to see the colorful leaves again. My wife loved it!”

“Keep up on the coffee makers there was no sugar no sweetener nothing available for the coffee and if you're going to advertise a community room that "" has everything you would need and you should have what people need. There was no ice no water no buckets no snacks no coffee and it was difficult to find additional towels with you're hidden in a closet. Otherwise overall a nice stay.”
