“I had such a lovely time staying at this property.The place looked exactly like the photos, thoughtfully arranged. All the listed amenities were exactly as described - made my stay so much convenient. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and well-maintained. A big thank you to the owner for the warm hospitality and making my stay in Kona Big Island so enjoyable!”

“I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to……

“The house was absolutely amazing. All ten of us had plenty of space. The view was stunning. The only thing I can say that was misleading was the references to proximity to locations in Kailua- Kona in the listing. It turns out we much preferred it’s true location up the hill away from the bustle of town. It was so beautiful. I am glad it was not a short walk to Taco Bell as stated in the listing.”

“This rental house was perfect for a family of 4 visiting the big island from Michigan. Plenty of space in the house with AC in the bed rooms and living area. Kitchen had everything needed to do some cooking for easy family meals. The walk to the beach is only a few blocks and the neighborhood is super quiet. Lots of extra towels and an outdoor shower out back to rinse after the beach. Near to lots of restaurants and stores and centrally located along the coast on the west side of the……

“We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The unit itself was exactly as pictured online: beautifully maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable.The lanai was a dream. We spent hours out there soaking in the stunning ocean views and watching surfers glide across the waves every single day. A fun surprise was discovering that the lanai chairs reclined—game changer! It made our morning coffee……
