“My husband and I found the Blue Spruce Motel to be perfect for our long weekend stay in Port Austin. Easy walking distance to everything in town, and to the beach. Our room was clean, there was not a single thing to complain about. Pool was clean…we did not jump in but we did sit a while with our feet in, relaxing. ”

“Exactly what is needed for a little get away! Such a cute cottage, wonderful outdoor space with fire pit and hot tub. Short walk to the most beautiful beach I have seen in Port Austin with a wonderful sunset view. Host was kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend this little get away! :)”

“Lisa was a fantastic host and responded right away to any questions I had. She even has a special gift for my girlfriend's birthday when we arrived. The tiny house/cottage was brand new condition, very clean and fully stocked. Check in and out was a breeze. There are so many beaches within a few miles either way which we explored. Definitely will return.”

“Mrs. Clean lives here! Was pleasantly surprised that we had nothing to do but unpack our bags when we arrived. No street number at the road made it tricky to find, but what a hidden gem it is! Very quiet location and the screened porch was a favorite spot. Families note: the beach is large rocks and shale, not for building sand castles.. Enjoyed watching the birds, bunnies and deer!”

“Ideal location on the water. Ample space, well stocked kitchen. Having onsite washer and dryer was incredible. Even with a power outage it was the perfect place to stay. Only complaint air conditioning consisted of one window unit so it got a bit muggy on the warmer days, but otherwise fantastic. ”
