“My room was in need of refurbishment, everything was clean enough, but very old. Everything I needed, food, gasoline was in easy walking distance. For the money, I would stay here again.”

“Overall a nice stay. The location was great!!! Would have liked a couch in the main room, and a kitchen included. Also, main bed mattress was old and could feel springs. Sheets were missing from the beds. Pillows old and lumpy. I’m not picky so enjoyed my stay but my partner was not satisfied. ”

It was easy to get to and close to the places we wanted to go to. Dawn was a wonderful host. She did an awesome job getting the place ready for us after the power outage caused by the storm, was gracious & quick to get back to me on my many questions. I would definitely rent from her again. “Was fine for a one night travel stay, but don’t think I would choose it again. You can tell they have tried to put the effort in with some updates in the rooms, but it’s the little things matter more sometimes. The super rough sheets, musty smell and no weather seal at all on the primary door, were all concerning for me. The staff was wonderful and made me feel very welcome at both check in and out though. ”

“This place was wonderful and exactly as pictured online. The house was beautiful and spotless!! The snacks and bottle of champagne were a lovely surprise. We enjoyed walking in the back and hanging out by the stream. Communication with the owner was easy and they respond quickly. We loved our weekend stay!”
