“Our room was very clean, front desk was very friendly. Biggest perk is being pet friendly! This will be our first choice of hotels if we stay in the Roseau/Warroad area again. ”

“Perfect hotel for what we needed it for- 1 night. Was clean- nothing fancy- but was totally great for our purpose. This hotel is pretty far up north- not much up there. We were just happy to find a hotel near Lancaster. Would totally stay again if we were in the area. Guy who checked me in was also friendly and had no isse with us checking in at like 9pm”
