“Our stay was very nice , only one night, however the hotel and staff were great! The hotel was clean and pet friendly, finally a hotel that accepts pets , and the rooms are not carpeted! My wife was thrilled ! Speaking of the rooms , very clean and well kept. Check in was easy as was check out. Nice grounds , clean pool , and fitness room. Requested ground floor and it was provided for us. We will definitely be staying there again ”

“Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. “What a great place to stay. Really nice hotel and great continental breakfast, with made to order omelets. Staff was very friendly. We did bring our dog and had a room with a little fenced off patio with grass for the dog. Room came with dog bowls. Very accommodating for guest with dogs. Lobby was a great space for meeting up with our other family members. Hotel and a nice hot tub and pool. Highly recommend!!”

“This was my first stay at the Pullman Garden Inn. People need to understand that hotels in Pullman are not necessarily like hotels in major cities. There are a limited number, and on parents, graduation and other event weekends unless you want to pay $600-$700 a night to stay at the Marriott, the smaller independent hotels are going to be your best options. That said, many of the hotels are older but the locals have done a great job maintaining and making them the best of what they are. And……

“The staff was amazing and very courteous. If staying there make sure you’re not by the kitchen. They do have a breakfast from 5-9am but we were woken up at 3am with a lot of next door or upstairs noise. Not good when you have a nine hour drive home the next day. But room was clean. ”
