“Room was very nice and the free breakfast was very good. Room toilet needed service as did not flush well and the electricity went out in the room at about 4AM. ”

“Not the best, but not everything was the hotel's fault. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues. The guest across the hall had a very large dog who barked continuously. The guest above my room decided at 2:00 in the morning to stomp, move furniture (?), and throw things on the floor for over an hour. I did not inform the desk on either situation. The desk people were fantastic. Very welcoming, polite, helpful, and pleasant.”
