“Before the warm weather hit we decided to head to to Pine Mountain to snowboard for a weekend in between sports seasons for our kids. We booked this property based on location and past reviews. The house is so close to the mountain and was incredibly clean from top to bottom. There was plenty of space to hang out and plenty of beds for our 3 kids. We would definitely stay here again for our next weekend away. Access to the dryer was appreciated to dry our wet snow things. My only thing……

“Loved this clean lake with more bird traffic than boats!!! Wished we didn't have to leave!! Being close to Eagle River with all the amenities was a bonus! ”

“The location is a perfect distance tucked back in the woods, but also just 15 min away from town. The cabin was cozy and just right for 2 adults. The ceiling in the loft is a bit low and the staircase is pretty narrow, so smaller people would be more comfortable. The wood burning stove to heat the house was a bit of a challenge to get going, but once we did, it made the cabin nice and toasty! We found that when the wood burning stove got going, we literally had hundreds of flies in the loft……

“Took a short trip with my mom and her pup to this wonderful location. The wildlife viewing opportunity in early summer is amazing from the dock. Every morining we woke up to the birds singing and fresh air. ”

“The cabin was perfect for our weekend stay. The location was nice. The cabin was secluded in the woods and was close to town. We even went ice fishing right off the property. It was easy to get ahold of the owner and the owner made sure we enjoyed our stay. As well, the check-in was easy. The only downside of the cabin was that there was items in the fridge, drawers, and around the cabin that made it seem like someone was living there. This gave us less room for our things. “Was an excellent peaceful location. Located in a cute little town. Was wonderful to wake up right next to the lake. Many windows to see the wonderful outdoors. Is close enough to everything, if wanting to head up to Michigan or other norther parts of Wisconsin. Will definitely be staying again. ”

“This is our 7th year renting a house on the chain and this was by far the best yet! The size of the house, proximity to the lake, and entertaining space was fantastic! The ability to rent to pontoon was a plus. The only drawbacks were lack of ladder on the pier, lack of garbage can space for a large group and the house binder/info could be more robust or manager comms better. We would stay again anytime- thanks for a great week! ”
