It was clean, however the dishes in the kitchenette still had price tags on them so whether they had been cleaned was suspect. The deadbolt on the door did not match up with the door frame so there was no security lock. The unit had clearly been recently upgraded , not only evident by all the new fixtures and paint, but because the construction debris was right outside the door, including the old toilet! While……

“This was a perfect getaway for our group of 10 (3 families). The house is large and in great shape, and each bedroom has its own en suite bath. The grounds are sprawling and we enjoyed the pool. The owners are kind and hospitable. Highly recommended!”

“The house is neat little farm house that is very charming. We were met by the cutest host, Phoebe the farm cat, who welcomed us with meowing and snuggles. The fresh baked cookies were great, along with the Red Hot candies, I felt like I showed up to my grandparents farm.The house is very comfortable and modern, with all of the amenities to feel like you are at home. “The place was clean and the price we paid through Expedia was more than fair because of the location. Other than that, door molding fell off when I closed the door, big rip in carpet, the sofa was terrible and unusable to sit on and the entire room was just overall unkempt. Absolutely no pride shown by ownership. Would not stay here again or recommend!”
