“Great house and location. Beautiful views of the Monument from the living room kitchen. The house felt brand new (and probably is?). Very quiet location not near the highway, and our kids had a large pasture to run around and play in. John and Janie are fantastic people and we enjoyed them. The massive fridge was able to hold all our Palisade peaches too!”

“The home is beautiful, feels like a new build and model home. Close to where we needed to be and the views are amazing. Thank you for the welcome basket, and letting us enjoy the home! Loved that we could park inside garage. ”

“Our stay at The Beatrice was outstanding. We hosted a family reunion and the spaces for gathering, both inside and out were perfect. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the large, open kitchen. There was also ample space for quiet moments for reading or napping. We played volleyball in the pool, horseshoes on the lawn, and card games around the firepit. The buildings were equipped with everything we could possibly need (the extra full bath in the pool house was so great to have!) and the……

“The place is super cute and on a dead end road so not a lot of traffic which was great having a younger kid. Water pressure was good,beds were comfy. There is only 1 TV in the living room, and no spice's to use while cooking. So if you prefer to cook at home instead of going out just bring your fav. spice's with you. All in all super nice place . The property owners were nice and understanding. They we're around but so quiet we barely noticed them. We would stay here every time if we are out……
