“The property is in the midst of renovation. The building we stayed in was completely renovated and everything was nicely done, I bit of a strand set up as far the bathrooms which were in the hall way to the second bedroom and so there were two full baths next to each other. The area faces a lagoon but not indication if it can be used for kayaking or other water activities. There is a pool which has been redone for the not the decking around the pool which appears to still need renovation. If you……

“This is our first visit to Marco Island and this house made our visit wonderful. Very comfortable, plenty of room and everyone’s favorite was the large sliding glass doors opening to the lanai with the pool and hot tub. The house was clean with plenty of beach towels and chairs we used at when the beach. We rented bikes and a golf cart to get around. It worked out perfectly.”
