“Very clean, renovated property, & rooms. Breakfast could improve by including some breakfast type meats ( ex sausages, etc.) Would stay here again! Excellent!”

“Never ever take this hotel.....it's the most disgusting hotel that we ever stay before!! I even got itching after sat on the couch! By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although we're more than happy to leave it, but who is going to return me the difference?”

“Very clean property. When I first pulled in, I could tell it was more suited for an easy exit for truckers. It is very well kept and lit. The place was very clean. There were many many families staying there as well. I felt super safe. Right next-door was a large convenience store and a couple of Dining options.”

“This hotel and the whole town of Mason City was a happy surprise. The property has been beautifully, painstakingly maintained/restored with nearly every detail impeccably Frank Lloyd Wright. (that also means there are fewer outlets, etc. than you'd expect in a modern build.) Bed was comfy, staff was very accommodating, good dining options within walking distance, nice balcony overlooking the park, so bring a bottle of wine. Kudos to the folks who made this such a great and authentic-feeling……

“The only thing was that the pancake machine was not dialed in so they were under done and gummy. Fresh fruit was a welcome addition and the size of the milk was great not having to pour it out of a pitcher was nice too. Staff was friendly and courteous. ”

“The food was good. Everyone was very helpful if we needed anything. The only thing that we didn't care for was the bridge construction, which was not your fault. ”
