“Few days ago I paid $210/night plus $50 valet parking in a “fancy” hotel in Indianapolis, what a waste of money. For $63 in American Motor Inn I got the same bed size and comfort and much better sleep. The location is safe, quiet and they have parking. The young man at the reception is kind and friendly. Great customer service. Rock Island is a very beautiful place and in few minutes drive you can visit Davenport, Iowa. We’re definitely recommend this motel and we’re planning on coming back……

“It was the perfect place for me. Great location, hard to get any knid of store or shop. Peaceful neighborhood. I also enjoyed setting outside in the mornings, drink coffee or tea. The host was very nice and answer any questions very quickly..Would love to rent again for 2026! ”

“The entire property is just as advertised & very spacious. There were 8 adults on this stay, and we could've slept double that amount. We decided to dine out each night, but the house is stocked with everything a group could need if they were planning to prepare meals for themselves. This was a golf trip & we really enjoyed the gas fire pit outside for catching up after the rounds. Highly recommend & will look into this property again when we come back!”
