“The lady at the front counter was very wonderful and nice and sweet but the grounds and the rooms and amenities were in poor condition and not clean. There was also a smell in our room”

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“We couldn't even get into our room Sunday after 4:00PM check in (BECAUSE A BIG SIGN SAYS THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY) I had to pay for another night at a different motel only to find out that because I didn't get into the place (that was closed) on Sunday they CANCELED my whole weeks stay which meet I PAID at Lot more at the last minute. My reservation was weeks ahead of my reservation time. In Photos the room looked clean but seeing the Whole place was not great. Now I am trying to get……
