“It seems that my room had been used by smokers.”

“check in was great, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and we had a great view of the river and bridge. The only slight complaint I would say is that they had no curtains in the room, only a see through shade which caused too much light in the room in the morning. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again.”

“The staff is the best of any place I've ever stayed in 30+ years of travel. They are helpful, witty and fun. I like the king rooms the best super roomy, clean and comfortable.”

“Hotel room was fine, bed comfy, AC good, only downside was the terrible smell in the hallway! We held our breath whenever leaving the room. ”

“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“I like the inside fire pit but I forgot to bring logs again I wish they had a little log shelf there but the bubble jacuzzi and fire pit make it 5 stars ”
