“It took an extremely long time to check in, because of a total reliance on computers. It took 45 minutes to find the place because we were looking for the name you gave us. Which doesn't exist. NEVER AGAIN! Additionaly There is no cozy suites at hardrock. That had us walking around with our luggage for 45 minutes until we could figure it out. You guys will never get back to your "glory days" with service like what you presently provide. I won't be back! ”

“Property is in a great location and close to restaurants, casinos, the boardwalk…Even a bar right out back. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy this part but the location is perfect. The apartment is well decorated and stocked. Really enjoyed our stay and our questions were answered quickly. Overall a great experience!”

“The check in process with cozy suites that runs this property is miserable. Three hours of back-and-forth time on the phone… Emails that didn’t come through text messages that didn’t come through. I was beginning to think it was a scam. I definitely would never stay at any of the properties that this team manages again just based on the process alone. ”

“The property was closed down for good and we didn't get to stay. We drove all the way to Atlantic City for a show and dinner and we had nowhere to stay on a Saturday Night.”

“I’ve never called the front desk more in my life. I had a friend staying in a different room, her key stopped working twice, mine once, room was not very clean, shower drain was clogged, so water built up while I was showering. The most annoying part was that the sink was clogged, I called maintenance to fix it, they said they did, but didn’t, so I had to wash my hands in the bath tub the entire time. This is probably the worst deal I’ve gotten on a hotel in my life. ”
