“Previously stayed and had a great experience. This stay, we had a rough check-in. Upon arrival, I was told we had already been checked in and out so she would need to rebook our room. “The manager on duty at The Hampton Inn was an exemplary employee. She went above and beyond to help us after a reservation with a mistaken wrong date was made using Hotels.com/Expedia. The Expedia manager offered to switch dates but in return tripled the cost of the room. “I’m from Huntington WV and I moved away years ago and I have come back to town 4 times since I moved. I know that I can come here and be safe and treated very well.
