“The staff were stupendous, friendly and helpful. There was a glitch in our reservation and we had to change rooms, but the staff went above and beyond on what was a very busy weekend. All of the properties in Ocean Shores are struggling and it they are all a little worse for wear. But the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Parking was great. “First was the politeness in the office with easy check in. We had a great room with FULL stove and fridge which we were not expecting. Walls are thin with other neighbors, but management provided earplugs and there happened to be a festival going on.
