“We made our reservation the “night of” our need to stay and most other hotels were booked. This was the last room in the vicinity. I was glad to have a room! This was a smoking room and when we walked in we could definitely smell it! We tried to turn down the air hoping the cold would make the smoke smell not as strong. It didn’t work as well as we hoped but it was a little better by the time we got back to the room after dinner. No real issues or problems, my friends are used to staying in……

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! “We stayed for one night after the Windsor was sold out. King size bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. Hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise given the drab, dreary and shabby condition of the rest of this neglected hotel. Felt "ick". Not the standard we hope for, look for or expect with the hotel accommodations we book. That said we slept well. It did ok in a pinch. Staff were friendly enough. Pool looked great! But was closed for. inspection. Just our luck. ”
