“Very clean, quiet, and convenient- felt very safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Close proximity to St. Olaf college and Carleton college campuses. Would stay there again!”

“Older, clean basic motel. No fancy anything, but clean and comfortable beds. Just right for the price. Would probably stay again if in the area.”

“I was concerned when I drove up - the grounds were weedy and unkempt, and there were construction workers barbecuing on the edge of the parking lot. But inside all was clean, quiet and comfortable, and staff was attentive. They said the workers outside were long-term guests and were allowed to gather outside on a Friday afternoon as long as they were quiet and didn't bother guests, and that was absolutely the case. Good value for the money.”

“For the price I would rate average. We had an issue with the TV and breakfast was nothing special. Eggs were wet and biscuits were very dry with very limited other options.”
