“Updated rooms have total black out shade with groves on the sides to prevent 'light leaking ' around the sides, love that! Walk in shower has built-in foot rest for us women, love that too! The thermostat was very easy to understand and work. Wish all the HIE'S had these types of amenities!”

“Our only complaint was with the breskfast and I admit it’s a small one. Although the quantity was plentiful the only type of bagel was cinnamon & raisin. Also with the Tea, probably every flavor was available except Black Tea or something plain like an Earl Grey. I found this odd. I will say the breakfast area was spotless and we complimented the gentleman on it!”
