“The place was nice and clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was not great. The eggs seemed to be from powered eggs. The oats were not cooked. They do not offer ice or water in the breakfast area. These are all minor but I am honest in my reviews. Our room was clean. We had requested a premium king room with a couch. “Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, staff members working there were using the pool as a place to keep their own children/grandchildren. Wouldn't be an issue except they were only popping in at random and leaving the child who was misbehaving for the guest to deal with. The child kept behaving inappropriately towards our children and they only returned to make their child leave the pool after an adult from our group had to intervene multiple times. “Never mind the outside appearance in this tiny off-the-beaten-path town. It's what inside that counts: Clean, comfy bed; well-supplied; good TV channels; defrosted mini-fridge (!); clean microwave. Quiet relaxing oasis, despite being near the freeway; safe well-lit parking, efficient manager. Property is as described. Good for a re-stay. ”
