“Arrived for a late check-in just before 11pm and was greeted promptly by a very friendly gentleman who made the process very easy. For an older building, everything was clean and relatively updated. Would stay again for sure based on this experience.”

“You need a safe, cheap place to do the 3s? (sleep, shower, an... use the toilet?) in NE WI north woods? This is it. And Shawano is the unofficial "capitol of the North Woods" so yeah. No frills. Get your 40 winks here. ”

“It is an old motel. Not going to find a cheaper place to stay. In a good area with stores within walking distance. Neighborhood is very small town and was quite nice. If you are looking for a place with shower and bed it is perfect. ”

“We had a lovely time in the cute cottage on Shawano Lake. We had everything we needed for a great family get together. We enjoyed fishing, boating (rented), and a bonfire. Highly recommend for a large group.”

“The house and yard are maintained to perfection! The addition of kayaks, paddle boards etc provides hours of fun for all ages. Although the appearance of the home next door was not great, we occasionally visited with the extremely nice owners. We were hoping the lakefront area would include a beach and the water wouldn’t be so weedy, but that didnt prevent us from enjoying the water.”

“Nice quiet location with beautiful hiking trails. The only downfall was I was not informed or did not see that there was no wifi. Had we known we could've been more prepared. Overall nice stay. ”
