“很遺憾。我們線上刷卡了。也取得訂單編號了，按照入住之前打電話給飯店。一直都是語音找不到人。到達飯店因無別的客人未營業。在飯店門口再打電話終於聯絡到飯店人員，他竟然說沒收到HOTELS.COM的通知未準備所以拒絕我入住。即使拿訂單給他看他也還是堅持未準備，拒絕接待客人。在晚上9點多也累了只好請taxi司機載到附近找旅館。真是惡質態度飯店。希望HOTELS.Com. 趕快查明退費還我”
