“Property is very clean, well laid out and very spacious for a group of 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking. The owners were very responsive and easy to reach. You have good internet at the property but may not have cellular signal. The mattress were a little soft, specially in the basement. If you prefer firm mattress you may have issues. The other thing to consider is to read the fine print- bring your own towels and bedsheets. We had to go to a……

Located a mere 4 minute drive from the venue, the house was fully equipped and Evolve was phenomenal to work with during our stay. “Suited our needs. Slept 12 people comfortably. Private pool and trampoline not pictured. The house feels lived in which felt a little weird but not a deal breaker. Wasnt the cleanest but the cleaning fee isnt horrible. For someone more picky this may not be the place for u for us it was fine, it justbfelt like they had kids. Not much close by, a few small restaurants and a dollar general. If your from NY dont even try the pizza place close by in Vermont. The reviews are good but if you are used……
