This house, located in a neighborhood near the city's outskirts, was nevertheless a short distance from the routes and highways we needed to get to our destinations, no more than a 30 minute drive to the zoo, Please Touch Museum, and Sesame Place. Parking was on the street only but we never had trouble finding a spot, and the neighborhood while a little crowded but tended……

“Great studio very bright natural light the room is all windows, has everything you need, a block from the broad st subway, very easy to get around the city from here on foot, and there is always ample parking for my car, I also liked that it was pet friendly without any extra deposits”

“Really clean and in perfect working order. A bit tricky to get into for the first time (call buttons, key pads, etc) but easy after that. The main door is not on a main street so i had to wlak around a buut to find it initially. easily walkable to the Met which was our main reason for staying. ”
