“Nice place to stay in Fairbanks. Great location. Clean. Bathroom is nice, kitchen was good, pots/pans & all you need. Drip coffee maker. Washer & dryer were a lifesaver. One turn is a bit tricky, but once you know it’s a frontage road you’re looking for it’s a non issue. ”

“First.let me get the bad out of the way. The water, especially in the shower stops randomly but give it a few second and it comes back. Disorienting at first but you get used to it.Remember it’s well water brought in by pump. When it’s 30 below it will need some patience!.That’s it for negatives. “The house is spacious and the couch is great. The main appliances works, and house is warm. The owner is responsive. The main ingredients for a successful rental are there. We must be the first guest, as there is a list of issues that needs to be addressed before this rental becomes comfortable. ”

“The cabin was quite and the ok. I was disappointed by the breakfast option. Just a frozen breakfast sandwich in the freezer and a microwave. No regular creamer for the coffee, just one flavored one.”
