“Very clean and quiet condo. Very comfortable. Did not expect such a long walk to the beach. I thought it was on the beach/beachfront.”

“This house is great! Plenty of bedrooms and baths. The top floor would be especially good for a family with young children--there's a play space as well as 2 bedrooms. The elevator is helpful for getting luggage and supplies to the appropriate floor. The kitchen is well-stocked and there's a big table for a large group. 2 levels of decks provide a lot of outside space.”

“Home was beautiful and so close to the beach! It made things so convenient with my 3 year old grandson. The only things I have a complaint about is the upstairs bathroom. The sink did not work and the tub/shower did not drain properly. The water would fill halfway up your shins while taking a shower. Then take forever to drain out. And the keypads were finicky. It would take a few times to get in anytime we went out somewhere. But all in all it was a very nice condo. It was our grandson’s first……

“Our family of 5 had a very nice stay August 2024. House is situated in a convenient location with a +/- 10 minute drive to either bridge. We found it clean, cozy and comfortable. Good ocean views, and short one minute walk to the beach. Adequately stocked kitchen we used daily and nice coffee bar. Provided beach towels and beach gear were a huge plus and quality items. ”

“I booked this property due to its size and accommodations for our family get away. We had 18 total adults along with all their children for the entire Christmas week. Everything was as advertised plus. Seascape Properties and VRBO made sure everything went as planned. The old saying “you get what you pay for” proved true and we were all very satisfied during our stay. I will certainly consider this unit for any future rentals in this area.
