“Had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Mountain Retreat! Not a stretch to say one of the best stocked rental homes ever I've ever booked. We stayed two nights with three families including kids ranging from 2-12 years old. Everything you could ask for was available for cooking in the kitchen with more than enough glasses and tableware in excellent condition. “To describe this place as refurbished was ridiculous. Old, tatty, grubby, worn, unloved would be more accurate descriptions. A part of the bathroom wall was actually missing where a tile had come off, leaving a hole in the wall big enough for a family of rats to come through. It was game over for me when I sat down on the bed and a giant cockroach scurried across the floor from under it.
