“Beautiful , comfortable room. Large screen TV, high quality bedding, bathroom was huge with a zero entry shower and great lighting. Soaps , shampoo and conditioner were all a great scent. “The lady that checked us in was SO SWEET! She made us laugh, she was able to assist us on where the pool was and explained the resort fee clearly. I think her name was Riley. If not, I did speak to a Riley on the phone when I had some questions too and she was also sweet. This was our first time here on our annual friend vacation and we are excited to return. I will bring my mother here soon as well. ”

“The stay was great. I have stayed here before in March. The only thing about the room I had this time is the bed was a bit uncomfortable but not horrible. There was a small issue with Wi-Fi but had it back up and running in a couple hours. Everyone usually is unhappy staying here because what it USED to be. I do agree but the owners now aren’t going to put the money needed to put it back. It’s just fact. For the price of a steam side room and service, I still give a 5 star. ”

“My wife and I recently planned a quick weekend getaway. We choose Pocono Mountain resort and spa for a couple of reasons. 1. Dog freindly. (They were very accommodating for traveling with our four legged member of our family.) Close to other things in area we have done in the past. “Everything you want to do (mainly in East Stroudsberg) is a 20 - 30 min drive. Some great food is also a lot closer. Honestly a lovely place. Friendly staff and a restaurant itself that is open every evening. ”
