“Ragai was wonderful and very accommodating to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel and pool were clean and our room was larger than usual which made it comfortable for our longer stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and we enjoyed some quiet time relaxing in the pool area after walking around throughout the day. The hotel is very close to many sights and amazing restaurants! Thank you!”

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“Booking a room is not listed in walk up directions, took some internet research to figure out & a phone call to get our door code & room number. Rep sent my booking to my friend’s phone not mine causing some confusion on both our part. This process could be improved. ”
