“I booked a king bed room, but checked in and found it's a two queen beds room. Last time, when I checked out at 4am to go to airport, they provided me a packed breakfast, so I asked for one when I checked in, but they did't gave it to me.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Henderson Kentucky Holiday Inn. The staff was pleasant very helpful. Totally nice. We arrived in Kentucky a little earlier than check-in time and we just wanted to stop by and just pay for the room because we had an event to be at and didn’t wanna have to leave the event to come and check in the front desk clerk went above and beyond and not only went to go and check to see if the room was clean And we were able to check in and not just pay for it but totally……

“Not sure why people hating on this place (giving it bad reviews), but from my own experience; I haven't seen any mold, no flies, no bedbugs, it smells fresh like cleaners and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Good deal for the money 💵”
