“This was the perfect little cottage. It had everything you could possibly need. Great location can walk to the lake and all the restaurants and stores. ”

“We loved this property! It was perfect for our family gathering. We had 10 adults and 12 kids and plenty of room! It was a short distance to a grocery store, multiple beach access points, and any amenities we needed. We would definitely rent again. ”

“Great place! Lots of room for everyone! It was very clean, but the housekeeping left a pile of sheets in the pull out room and there were so many snack wrappers and lost treats under the couch when we pulled out the bed. Not a big deal, because everything else was spot less!!! We loved how they thought of everything: beach towels, beach wagon and lots of sand toys. Inside there were a bunch of games and puzzles! We were never bored!”

“This property is very simple but has everything our family needed for a mountain bike race weekend. The place was clean and inviting. The kitchen is simple but perfect for quick meals that don’t require a stove/oven. The bunk bedroom was spacious and all the kids slept great. The access to both Garden City and Beaver Mountain resort was exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our needs. Would definitely book again in the future. ”

“Overall, a decent stay with a few hiccups. The location was super convenient—right across from the marina, close to Mike’s Market, Chevron, and within walking distance to food!However, there were some frustrating things. The driveway is MUCH steeper than it looks in the listing photos, and definitely not ideal for a boat or trailer. We had trouble getting answers about boat parking—unfortunately, the property manager did not respond to those questions entirely, which wasn’t great. (Luckily we……

“The location is amazing and right off the water. Room 107 was definitely updated in the last few years. The rest of thr building could use a face lift to match though. The only issues I encountered were to do with sink/tub drains being slow, and the room smelling too much like the lake.As I barely spent any time in the room, these things didn't really hinder my stay.”
