“2nd time we've stayed here in Perry for a Scalloping season long weekend out of Steinhatchee, FL. Hotel quality and cleanliness is up to the standard that Holiday Inn sets. We tow a boat with us and they have pull through LONG parking to accommodate. Clean room, clean bedding with mattresses of good quality. Pillows go a bit flat but they give you plenty of them. Pool is great with a grill available to use! Breakfast items are typical for most hotels but it saves us 50$-100$ a day when we're……

“This is a no-frills hotel, and we booked primarily because of the low price, but we liked it well enough that we will probably return. Good: Microwave oven, in-room Keurig machine, clean room, everything working properly, new flooring in our room--not sure about the other rooms. Average: Close to highway but surprisingly not too loud, tiny bathroom (but in decent condition and clean) So-so: Loud in-wall AC unit...but it kept the room comfortable Average: ”

“The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.”

“Great location for room, boat slip, parking, and boat ramp. We had great seats for fireworks July 4 - on the balcony!”

“Great rental for a group of 9 fisherman to enjoy the weekend. The dock is good but for my boat it has to be high tide to use, we did have access to the deepwater ramp on cedar island with this rental. Plenty of space for grilling and chilling. We enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole boards as well.We plan to stay there again in the near future.”

“Great place for a small family or a couple guys getting away for a weekend fishing trip. Very close to a ramp and covered boat storage.”
