“Very nice home and great location. The pool and beach access are walkable, really enjoyed our vacation here.”

“We had a terrible time checking in. Me and my family waited for an hour in the car while I texted back and forth with someone about the key code not working on the back door. They finally sent me the code for the box that held a physical key for the door and we were able to check in. The house itself was fine but there were cobwebs on the walls inside and mold growing in the light fixtures upstairs. There were plenty of dishes and pots/pans/utensils for cooking. “Was looking for a clean, quiet place for our family vacation and this place was wonderful. Woody was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and informatively. The big yard was wonderful for our dog to run around in and did I mention that this place was CLEAN? Nice screened in back porch, fire pit and grill for our use. I will definitely book here again in the future ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside, specifically the location. With our young kiddos, it was perfect for us to pop over to the park to play several times a day. The house had all the necessities, even a pack & play and high chair which were unexpected bonuses. We could hear a little noise from our neighbors, but nothing disruptive. It could’ve used a bit more cleaning and a water filtration system, but the house was great for our family to enjoy a sweet vacation together. ”

“We loved our stay at Lil Miss Clementine. The golf cart was a huge hit for our 6 and 8 year olds. Once we parked our car, we didn’t move it the whole time and used the golf cart to get to/from the beach and to/from dinner each evening. The house is conveniently located and well-equipped with everything you need- even small Tupperware, which was great for packing beach snacks. We had a a wonderful trip and hope to return in the future. ”

“We had a wonderful time visiting Cape Charles it was our first time there we were celebrating one of our kids, birthdays and just had a tremendous time not only in Cape Charles, but in the house as well. As well appointed clean close to everything and the secret of getting a golf cart to drive around made it even better Will definitely do it again next year ”

“A couple of things I had to call the management company two hours prior to our arrival to gain the access code to the home because my brothers were arriving before me and I was in flight during the 4 o’clock check in time. Are you short term rentals myself And we give the access code three days in advance this way my party or my renters all have as good time to disperse the number to their family in case something comes up when we arrived. The home was very clean a few things that cut our eye……

“If you are looking for a spot to stay on the eastern shore side, then this is it. Very clean, spacious, and check in process was easy. Plenty of off street parking. Very quiet area. Less than a 5 minute drive to kiptopeke state park, and a close drive to cape charles harbor as well. Great location. Highly recommend this place.”

“We truly enjoyed the house, it was decorated very nicely, had comfortable furniture, the kitchen was great, and everything was updated and clean. Other than a snafu with the property manager on the door codes that caused us an issue accessing the house, this was a great place to stay! ”
