“We could not stay in the room we booked because it was on the second floor and I’m handicap and the hotel did not have an elevator , so they give me another room not handicap accessible they had none available. I paid for a suite with a Jacuzzi. And I end up getting a standard room, not accessible. There was nothing else available at this hotel or the other two in that town. I will be calling hotels.com to discuss my room rate. I was overcharged for that type of room. Plus, the hot tub in the……

“I was impressed both by the cleanliness and the personality of this motel. It's not your normal cooky cutter hotel that all look alike on the inside. It has a throwback charm to it that is very unique. It could use a bit of paint touch up in a couple of corners and there were a few very minor chips in the furniture that just added to the charm. The breakfast was no feast, but nice, with waffles, eggs, sausage, variety of coffees, several different cereals, and a few breads. Just a warning, this……

“Overall, the room was comfortable. The windows needed cleaning. The toilet bowl needed cleaning. The bathroom mirror needed cleaning. The shower head should be cleaned or replaced.”

“This hotel was obviously a Super 8 at one time, and has since become a locally owned hotel. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. The owner put in a flat iron (grill) and you can cook sausage, eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. You can make yourself whatever you like. The room was comfortable and obviously clean. It was a delightful stay.”
