Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! “I reserved a king bed room, got a double bed room. When I checked in the man at the counter looked into my purse while I was digging for my wallet and says you smoke as he saw cigarettes in my purse. I say yes, he says there is no smoking in your room if you do I’ll charge you. He was borderline rude as I said to him I dont smoke in my house so I won’t smoke in your hotel room. I’ve Stayed before at this hotel and was great for the price, this time the man checking me in just made me want to……
