“We just stayed one night while traveling through the area. Everything was clean, but the room had a funny smell when walking in and the toilet was really hard to flush. I felt like I was going to break the lever off when pushing it down. I meant to say something to the staff about this but forgot. Staff was super friendly. “I’ve stayed in many Super 8’s in my life, and this location was probably the nicest one I’ve seen! The building and facilities were nice and clean, they had a decent free breakfast, the staff was very nice, room was nice, and there’s many food and shopping options just down the street. “Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions.
