“This hotel is incredible! Really amazing stay in luxury hotel with the biggest and best equiped gym I have ever seen. Also the 50m pool is incredible. Of course all luxury and service you expect from Hyatt is there including great food and drinks. Highly recommend this place and I will stay there during my next visits in Lanzhou. ”

“Because of airplane delay I asked the manager to change my reservation into the next day, he accepted it. This hotel is located at the city center and it is very convenient to have dinner around. Across the street, there is a bus station in which we can go to the south station and wr can get on the express bus. Also breakfast is served.”

“ツインルームに宿泊しました。全体的に年季の入ったホテルです。中国語以外通じませんが、困っていることを伝えると全力で助けてくれる点でスタッフは素晴らしいと思いました。中国語話さなければ翻訳アプリは必須ちょっと水回りが弱い部屋に当たったみたいなので、設備コンディション悪目で評価。ダウンタウンに近い点やスタッフの頑張りが凄いので全体的には良いイメージです。”
