“Room was fine and beds were excellent. Phone had no dial tone when I attempted to reach from desk. Ice machine on 2nd floor was turned off. Continental breakfast was pitiful. Arrived at 6:45 AM and there was a couple pieces of bread for toast and a few bagels and 2 danish. had a cup of coffee which was good bu used the last two creamers”

“This family owned hotel was a good choice. Price, comfort and cleanliness were very good. Stayed for 3 nights and the only problem was our neighbors on the first night talked outside their room next to mine from 3am till 7am. Spoke to management and the other 2 nights were quiet. The owner did outstanding customer service. Will stay again if opportunity presents. ”

“Lakeside Escape was a perfect getaway for our time visiting family nearby. All needed amenities were available in the house. Beds comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen well supplied. Very clean. Lake side location was nice - and if you have a boat the 2slip dock and pier open Gantt Lake to plenty of fun. We’ll reserve it again next time we visit family.”
