“No frills, basic accommodations. The family that runs this franchise is friendly and accessible whenever you need them. Not the most modern hotel and things are worn, but no complainsts for the price. It's clean, comfortable and quiet.”

“Percy was exceptionally accommodating. She has only had this business a little over a year. For being an older hotel it was very comfortable and affordable. It does need to be updated. Convenient location, close to the downtown district. Cute little town in Ripon Wi. ”

“This was the perfect place for our family to stay, relax, make memories and enjoy. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and our family had so much fun playing in the water, paddle boarding, going in the paddle boat, fishing, and swimming from sun up to sun down. Wendy was amazing host to work with and our family feels very blessed to have had this opportunity to stay. We hope to be back again next year!”

“We are a group of college friends in our 70's who get together every summer. This was a delightful cottage. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Nice to have towels, linens and soap and shampoo provided. Calm and peaceful, with beautiful views of the lake. Lots of wildlife around and not to far ftom town. Plan on returning next year.”

“Small local motel. Room was updated but not the cleanest. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Was told someone would clean the day after check in while I was working but it wasn't done. Tv worked. Location seemed safe. Would stay again if housekeeping improves.”

“We were there to go to the Oshkosh EAA fly-in. It was pretty close, a nice 20 minute drive. The owners were very friendly and courteous, the room was comfortable. Look forward to staying three again next year. ”
