“the property was clean inside and out. the manager was very courtesy and respectable. she was patient and always had a positive attitude, she also wore a beautiful smile every time I saw her or spoke with her. she made me and my son feel very welcome. “I stayed here with my family December 23-27 to celebrate the Christmas holiday. This home’s main heat source is heated radiant floors from the boiler in the garage (I have the same heat source at my own home in Boulder, CO). It takes approximately 24-48 hours to heat a home with radiant floors, depending on the house. We drove from Boulder only to arrive to a 48-50 degree home inside. It took a solid two days to heat the home to 72 degrees. Strongly suggest triple checking that the management……
