“Parking was a little inconvenient as you had to back out and turn around. Parking lot could use some work.”

“The room had a recliner that was nice and comfortable. Close distance to historic district, parks, restaurants, and Walmart. ”

“Cleanest hotel ive stayed with in years. The rooms and bathroom were nice and clean. Breakfast was a nice selection of cereal, toast, fruit,yogurt, waffles,coffee,milk,juices etc.... The lady that checked me in was nice and helpful. And in the morning i saw a young man who seemed to work there was alittle grumpy but i was leaving shortly after breakfast so i didn't let him ruin my day.”

“Nice little small-town hotel! Best in Carrollton MO! (trust me on that!) Also 'way better than any Motel 6 I've been in lately. I mostly stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels, not Motel 6, but sometimes ya gotta take what's available. I've stayed here before, but not for maybe 8-10 years? I would say not quite as good as HI-X but nice, clean, more modern design than the 'other' place in town and convenient for visiting my in-laws family farm nearby. Funeral service this time, unfortunately. But at……

“I think that they had sprayed the tub and shower stall with some kind of coating, about half was all peeled off. The vent in the bathroom was hanging down and the trim boards were broken and need painted. The mattress was very hard, even for my husband who likes a firm mattress.”

“My daughter had a dance competition in Excelsior Springs that included late nights in early mornings. This was a perfect place for the two of us too spend the night. The loft was clean and we had everything we needed.”
