“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”

“The mattress, sheets and blankets all has dirt on/in them and burn holes in the it, the mattress is beat up and you can feel the springs poking you so we are sore as all hell this morning when we woke up and kept waking up through out the night uncomfortable and in pain. We had to strip down the bedding and shake it out due to all the dirt and other stuff in it.”

“The handicap accessible room was awesome my uncle was so happy with how everything was within reach and his wheelchair was able to get around the room so well. ”

“The room is comfortable and clean. The staff and manager are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at convenient area for shopping and eating.”

“The hotel was great overall. The room was as expected. They were even able to provide a cot for a 5th person. Front desk staff was very friendly. Pool/hot tub were nice to soak in after skiing. Really my only complaint is about the parking lot. It snowed quote a bit in the evening and by the morning, the driving part of the lot around the hotel still hadn't been plowed. I had to dig out a spot to park in at night and then had to dig out the area behind it to be able to get out in the……

“The property was not terrible for a hotel but, the handicap parking was covered in snow and the way to the door was unsafe for a handicap person. The beds are not big enough for 2 adults. The staff was ok. ”

“Bed is too soft. Room is very spacious for a queen bed. Breakfast has hot doods provided which is good. Just a one nite stay is ok.”
