“The room was unacceptably filthy - old food was in the microwave, the shower was filthy, and the bedspread was probably never washed. But the worst was they did not honor the room rate quoted and confirmed. My husband had been traveling for 5 hours, They blamed Expedia for the discrepancy but refused to take calls from Expedia. Expedia finally stepped up and transferred my husband to a reputable motel at the original price we had booked and confirmed. Even though it was not Expedia's fault, they……

“Coos bay is a favorite for me when riding through oregon. Lots of rides to go on. Coos bay is a fun town. The plainview is clean, cozy and a great place for motorcycles. Will stay again. ”

“Room and bed was comfortable, nothing fancy but very clean. Recently remodeled. Keurig coffee maker is definitely a plus!!! Restaurants in walking distance, convenience store as well. Staff is great and very friendly. Beaches and shores acres state park are just around the corner. We had a blast! ”

“Quirky? Yes. Lacking features you’d find in a more modern hotel? Yes. The room was small, the bathroom was small and the door seems a little sketchy but everything was fine. 70’s colors, a working Atari, pictures that looked like I should be in them (yeah, I looked like that), disco ball - all had us laughing at the way we were. “Great getaway for our annual golf trip! Location was decent, right near the center of town. The the room setup was great, 3 beds up and one down, also, the 3.5 baths was a plus as well. Plenty of cooking utensils, gas grill and having the garage as a parking space to keep your things dry for departure the next day was excellent.. Definitely would stay here again. ”

“This place is great! Small and clean with ample space to hang out and even cook. The literal only downside is that there is only 1 bathroom and the shower and toilet and sinks are all in there so there can be a lot of waiting depending on people's hygiene habits. Other than that it's a lovely and quaint spot nestled right in the woods on the lake. ”
