“I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. I do not understand why this happened, but it was stressful and unprofessional. It felt like she was collecting unnecessary personal information and……

“We absolutely loved our stay at Mountain Maison! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. We really appreciated the little extras like kids’ snacks, juices, condiments in the fridge, and a lovely spa gift in the bathroom (everything this sleep deprived mom needed, esp those eye patches!). “The house was perfect for what our family needed for a quick weekend getaway. Close to the lake with private beach access. Basement with comfy seating and games suitable for kids. Kitchen with all the essentials. Beds were the best I’ve ever slept on in a rental house. Close to Suncadia resort and the cute town of Roslyn. The hosts were WONDERFUL and the extremely hospitality.
