“Where do I start... front door handle broken, bbq grill very dirty. Last guest left food and some kind of sause on grill. We tried cleaning it but failed. So we had to do our burger, hot dogs and ribs inside. The cushions of the outside furniture were a little dirty. So the outside of the house was not what we expected. I emailed the property manager and all they asked is if we were in some other location. ”

“This was a really cool place to hang out before and after the festival. They had plenty of services for the guests and great staff. I would highly recommend Base Camp to anyone going to Coachella.”
